Welcome to the Gleneagles Resident Notification Service, operated by JDI (doing business as Gleneagles, "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your participation in our resident mobile messaging program.

1. Program Description

The Gleneagles Resident Notification Service sends automated and direct informational text messages to residents regarding property maintenance, scheduled utility shutoffs (electric power, water service), safety inspections (fire alarm testing, elevator maintenance), parking lot notices, and emergency advisories.

2. User Consent and Opt-In

Residents opt in to receive text messages by providing their mobile phone number on their lease agreement, resident contact form, or online resident registration. By opting in, you authorize JDI and Gleneagles to send informational SMS messages to your mobile phone number.

3. Cancellation & Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message.

After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply reply START or contact the property management office.

5. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on building maintenance activities and property announcements.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy
